Thanksgiving in Gualala
Enjoying the warm weather, eating turkey sandwiches the day after Thanksgiving.
After lunch, Jerry showed us around the property on his ATV.
The house.
Soren trying to keep up with Kristin and Jerry.
The view from one of the many paths we drove on, you can see the pacific in the back.
Vroum!
After a long day of relaxing in the sun, it was time to watch the sun set while drinking beer in the hot tub.

Sloshball
Time to learn a new game:
Waiting my turn.
Kick the ball as far as you can, and RUN!
...or jog...
At 2nd base, empty your glass and refill before you can continue.
This is me pitching.
While the game was on, a few people not brave enough to compete, cooked.
Caroline enjoying the sun. And the thrill of the game ofcourse.
The ball did get stuck in a tree a few times, giving the players a much needed breather.
The supporters.
Mmmm...sausage!
On our way back, the road seemed windier than ever. I wasn't sure if it was a reaction to all the sloshballing.
Apparently, we had come across one of the most windy streets of San Francisco.
Alcatraz in the back.
While not the most windy street, Lombard is the most famous.
Chilling on the couch getting some much needed rest.

Fleet week
First weekend in our new place, and the Navy decides to drop by with a few of their airplanes. We went up to the roof, and took a closer look.
A view from the rooftop. You can see Alcatraz and the Navy's "Blue Angles" in the horizon.
Nob Hill.
The Bay Bridge.
Another view from the rooftop.
The planes flew super close to each other, and made all these crazy flips and turns. It was a great show.
There were a lot of people looking at the show from their rooftops.
The smoke really showed the path the airplanes flew.
It was windy up there, you can see some of our neighbors in the back.
One of the more dramatic drops, those pilots must have a load of fun!

Back home in San Francisco.
On our way out the door to see a baseball game.
At the stadium.
The Oakland Athletic's vs. the Los Angeles Angels. Sadly, the local team lost 2-3.
Our fierce Hyundai. We drove a total of 2,200 miles or 3.520 km in it!
Kristin's dad coming up the stairs in his home.
While relaxing on the sun deck, this little hummingbird came by to have a drink with us.
Driving with a load of boxes to our new home in San Francisco.
Our toilet.
Walk-in closet with all of the boxes...
Our 2nd closet.
The hallway.
Bedroom/living room.
Same room seen from the hallway.
Same room again.
Yet another look at the apartment.
Kinda hard to see, but yes this is a picture of our living room. The glassdoors in the back leads to the kitchen.
Kitchen.
Dining spot in the kitchen. The cats did not however come with the place.
Kitchen again.
We went out to celebrate the move in, and to get a look at the city.
These are taken at "House of Shields".
