The view from the docks.
We went as a part of a special "Dine about town" that basically was a bunch of restaurants who had dinners for a fixed price.
As you might be able to tell, it was windy outside, and according to a girl: "Hella cold". The fancy hairstyle is courtesy of Mother Nature.
Enjoying a glass of champagne.
It is very had to see, but the view from the boat of the city at night was amazing!
You will have to suffice with my good looks in this one.
Jake's Birthday Party!
We were lucky enough, to be a part of the celebrations that among other included a full Sushi-table!Relaxing after having stuffed ourselves with delicious sushi.
Jake got a lot of cool stuff for his birthday, a pair of Heely's and a yo-yo just to mention a few.
Showing off my yo-yo skills.
Cake time!
He huffed and puffed!
After the cake, the kids were full of energy.
Nothing like an uncle and a pound of sugar to wind up some kids!
Tickle fight!
We ended up terrorizing most of the room, and decided to move to the other end of the house.
A brief fashion intermission.
Gangster Jake!
Shrek visited...
...and the little girl in the laundry bag.
Tug-o-war!
Warriors vs. Knicks
We ventured to Oakland to see the local basketball team beat the New York Knicks. Our seats was about as far back as they could possibly be, but the atmosphere was great in there!
Posing a little after the game was won. Ahh sweet sweet victory.
Chinese New Year!
We have no idea what was going on, but there is a temple across the street from our house, and they seemed to be throwing a heck of a party!People were marching in and out of the temple.
Visit from New York
Lauren came to visit us from New York, and we got some nice dinner and the biggest Long Island Iceteas I have ever seen! Before the Iceteas.
After the Iceteas!
And the following day on the train to Berkeley.
